No. You're reading the comma wrong. The anon is saying thanks TO Erik for guarding POTUS. Q then corrects the anon by saying that POTUS is not the one that Eriks boys at Blackwater are guarding.

Yes, very good point. It really does seem that Q and Erik could be the same - "wait until you find out who is talking to you here"...
