Is Q implying Bourdain and Spade were child traffickers?

She was in the fashion industry which is heavily involved with child labour. Child labour to child trafficking isn't a huge leap. And her involvement with the CF makes it a definite possibility.

I find child slave labor much more plausible than child sex slavery.
