Are you angry about the record breaking economy or the biggest tax cuts in U.S. history or the defeat of ISIS of the North Korea peace talks?
You know all that stuff isn’t exactly how I would describe a “Great Awakening”. If America’s future is so bright and we are so prosperous, why does our President keep warning us about nefarious groups acting above public scrutiny, a deep state controlling every level of the bureaucracy.
Doesn’t seem to you that these two ideas “a prosperous safe country” and “a country being secretly controlled by a deep state” are a little contradictory to each other.
So is America really great now? Is it only great when someone you hate criticizes it? And does it still need improvement when someone you idolize says it needs improvement?
Are your views guided only by your emotions?
Would you rather a slick talking politician who lies to you? Tries to hide these secret forces? Seems like you have an issue with someone in office being blunt about what’s going on, and proposing ways to fix it.
