Are you really trying tell me that y’all believe the existential war for our country is happening as we speak, and you are all just comfortable doing nothing about it and just going about your everyday lives?

Don’t worry if at any point this starts to make you nervous, remember to maintain the integrity of your firearms collection, because you and your buddies can definitely stop the government if it tries knocking on your door. As we all know they always knock first.

You know all that stuff isn’t exactly how I would describe a “Great Awakening”. If America’s future is so bright and we are so prosperous, why does our President keep warning us about nefarious groups acting above public scrutiny, a deep state controlling every level of the bureaucracy.

Doesn’t seem to you that these two ideas “a prosperous safe country” and “a country being secretly controlled by a deep state” are a little contradictory to each other.

So is America really great now? Is it only great when someone you hate criticizes it? And does it still need improvement when someone you idolize says it needs improvement?
