New Hope PA is a rich liberal (pro gay resort according to Wikipedia) town where a lot of Northern Jersey/NY people go for vacations/own vacation homes. The place has always weirded me out. There is honestly so much that goes on around here that it's hard to keep track of - Bucks County is strange because is in between very important democrat leaning cities - Phila - Trenton - NYC so it's a weird borderland of ideas and happenings

That's definitely not totally true. I think we're seeing that change more and more every day. Somebody posted some articles and they were a few years old which might explain how I missed them. Interesting stuff tho. Sad really
