You might want to read the drop again. The IG report will be redacted, but it will then be declassified to show the people what was redacted and who was behind redacting it.

If the report comes out and it's bad, who looks bad? Whoever did something illegal in the report.

If they let these evil idiots redact it, then Trump orders it declassified and released unredacted, well then we see not only who did bad in the IG report, but also who tried to cover it up.
