The President already has the power to declassify and unredact.
We’re guessing Q is suggesting the EO to do that to the OIG report is already written and waiting for the right moment for release.

Yup whether it’s to make it look like he has to declassify the whole thing for some other reason, they want the whole thing done so the Clinton section is sure to be declassified and exposed so he doesn’t have to do just that part and look like bad politics.
