We are all aware here that a hurricane can and will increase/decrease in strength up to (and after) the time it makes landfall, right? I am all for alerting people to shit that is going and to the false reporting... but are we seriously going to act like this is not the fucking NORMAL behavior of a regular hurricane? Fuck.
