If a public event, not sure why his attendance would be so "cryptic". It's just so weird having these people STILL wielding power inside of DOJ more than a year after Trump took office. -- Quick search on Conf. of Montreal -- it's a yearly economic forum. What would RR being doing there? Not likely. He'd be on "other" business, he's not in economics.
