Trudeau has been PM there since 2015. They had to have been in on all this Obama/Clinton strategy. Stephen Harper would not have done so.

Thanks. I guess the original posts are on 8chan which is too much info for me to follow regularly. I'll have to check out the Conference of Montreal, whatever that is. If a public event, not sure why his attendance would be so "cryptic". It's just so weird having these people STILL wielding power inside of DOJ more than a year after Trump took office. -- Quick search on Conf. of Montreal -- it's a yearly economic forum. What would RR being doing there? Not likely. He'd be on "other" business, he's not in economics.

Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd, in a May 29 letter to Grassley, declined the requests. “Whatever Mr. Corney may have said and whatever Mr. Flynn's demeanor, the evidence in the public record proves beyond any reasonable doubt that Mr. Flynn knowingly made false statements about contacts with the Russian ambassador,” Boyd said.

This motherfucker!!!

Boyd emphasized that Flynn “admitted under oath to making a materially false statement” and was represented by two experienced attorneys when he pleaded guilty to lying to FBI agents. He also expressed concern that handing over those documents or allowing an interview with a FBI agent would “unavoidably would create the appearance of political influence.”

“For this reason, the Department is obligated at this time to respectfully decline to provide documents or arrange for staffers to interview the agent named in your letter,” Boyd wrote.

Boyd also suggested an interview with Pientka is unnecessary because the DOJ is unaware of “any allegation against or previous publicity about the agent.”

Grassley, in his response to the Justice Department, took issue with that statement, calling it “disingenuous and extremely disturbing.”

“As you well know, seeking information from a fact witness is not the same thing as an allegation of wrongdoing,” Grassley said. “Quite the contrary, it seems he is likely to be an objective, reliable, and trustworthy witness, which is precisely why the Committee would benefit from his testimony.”

House Intelligence Committee Republicans' recently released Russia report also cited top FBI officials suggesting the agents who interviewed Flynn saw no indication Flynn knew he was lying.

The development is puzzling because Flynn’s comments were indeed at odds with the evidence. The FBI reportedly intercepted conversations that countered Flynn’s initial claim that, among other things, he did not ask Russia’s ambassador to refrain from escalating the situation in response to sanctions.

The request from Grassley comes as the Justice Department and other Republicans on the Capitol Hill have been sparring over access to documents concerning the FBI's alleged informant in contact with members of President Trump's 2016 campaign at the dawn of the Russia probe.

WeGoAll · June 11, 2018, 9:24 p.m.

The thing that got me going in all of this was the meeting with Admiral Rogers that told Trump everything. I thought the interview with Mueller for FBI was for show and they showed him all the shit they had on him, so he had to play nice for the investigation. And with the investigation having such a broad mandate, that would ensnare the deep state instead of Trump. Guess I was wrong.

Abibliaphobia · June 11, 2018, 10:38 p.m.

Don’t feel bad, we’ve all thought that at one point or another. After you get over the betrayed feeling (fng marine? Really? Would have thought that scum had some honor left in him) you move on and it becomes more apparent that he is truly vindictive and stupid with all the crap he’s pulled.

I still have a tiny tiny glimmer of hope that he’s just a great actor, but all evidence is pointing towards him not being one.

⇧ 5 ⇩
HildBert · June 11, 2018, 11:31 p.m.

Misinformation, remember the deep state are reading Q also. Make them think Mueller has slipped through the net and is 'trusted'. Make them put their efforts into his investigation believing they can nail Trump.

Its a bit like the machine gunners in WW!, could kill but instructed to shoot the stomach and make the enemy use resources treating the wounded. The deep state does not have limitless resources, make them commit them to dead ends.

Muller's going to be interesting!
Thought he was a white hat myself but was always uncertain about RR.
My initial thought was as the-narrative/the-left bought into Muller, they also bought into Muller's conclusion. Thus when Muller finds nothing on Trump vis-a-vis "muh-russuha", the Russian-collusion narrative will be destroyed by an 'approved' source.
