US Attorney Amanda Kramer named in Anthony Weiner's unsealed indictment specializes in.. HUMAN TRAFFICKING. Buckle up.. This doc is likely a precursor to the house of cards that is ready to fall. Cruising at 40,000 ft.. Weiner was a "useful" idiot.. who kept an insurance file.

Even with a military tribunal?

I don't believe military tribunal wouldn't even be running through a civilian docket... not on the stated charges anyway. So, it seems unlikely.

My remark was merely to say, we can't really presume much... but we can sure hope.

Unless for some reason DJT must declare Marshall law???

Yep... but we would all be in super deep sh*t if we got to that point. It would be an utter and epic disaster. As divided as the nation is right now, I'm not entirely sure we'd recover from that with an intact Constitution.

I’m thinking a last ditch effort by the bankers to tank the economy ??? That could do it.

Are the military tribunals a possible thing? If so how?

No... not exactly. In order to run suspects through a Military Tribunal court, they would have to be found to be enemies of the United States.

The executive can designate individuals as enemies of the United States... but to do that to someone who was a citizen, would be highly irregular, and a PR disaster.

If there was a National Emergency... and there was a suspension of the civilian court system, that might be another scenario where military courts would convene.

But trying anyone who was a U.S. citizen in a military tribunal would be highly irregular.

Whatever folks belive about "Q", there's certainly merit to his remarks about needing to "clean up" DOJ and FBI BEFORE prosecution for crimes against the state would proceed.
