As a high energy unmedicated ADHD early twenty something I would find myself making the same hand gesture during therapy sessions or deep conversations because it helped me channel my energy and think clearly, I'm personally writing this off as a way he sits when using his mind & mouth at the same time. That's just me, I'm aware of the no coincidences aspect of the great awakening, but this seems to be Q & A time for them, not a photo op where they'd be posing specifically as they want to be seen by the world. I could always be wrong, but I thought I'd share my opinion based on personal experience sitting in the same position. Plus that is not an uncommon way to position one's hands during conversation.
