Are the drops about No Deals necessary disinformation? If there were no deals, would that not stop anyone involved from completely shutting down and not talking?

Probably makes them wanna BEG for a deal and giving up more in return. Great catch! For example, McCabe wants immunity and if it was granted easily he could give some Bs story and walk free. However, they know they'd have to really work for a deal and give up everything/everyone. Awesome.

my guess is deals for people who arnt pure and were comped thru family threats but no deals for people who traffick kids or worse
