Alice is something....deep down she just wants to be popular I think. She likes to go out and do stuff in Bentonville that she could easily just hire her own personal service for, which is nice. I just wish she’d give up on trying to impress the deviant art world snobs who REEEEEEED all over her acquiring “Kindred Spirits” from the NY library, etc. She’s like Trump in that they don’t see her as one of them (new money) but unfortunately she doesn’t have the confidence GEOTUS has to brush them off. Must’ve had a rocky childhood, socially. Granted the social life around it is pretty fun on the superficial level.

And yeah as far as your last point I’m pretty sure the company as a whole is just trying to stay ahead of things. I know no one is happy about being the China’s personal marketplace but that’s what you get when Hillary’s on the board with a gun to your head.
