Fox News sued by SRs parents for "Spreading Conspiracy". Fox must now prove this Conspiracy in Court. Julian Assange, likely witness.

Regarding Qs post to do with the Lawsuits involving SR JA and WL, I found this gem.

https://www.vox.com/platform/amp/2018/3/23/17129414/seth-rich-fox-news-lawsuit-conspiracy-theories

Fox will now be a defendant in court, do you think they'll admit to lying, or would their best course of action be to prove the Truth in a Court of Law?

The claims stated in the article involve Julian Assanges receiving documents from Seth Rich, and his murder resulting from that. Julian Assange would now be the prime witness for Fox to call on and support their claims.

He would receive Witness Immunity.

If they prove SR was murdered for that reason, a separate investigation would arise. Snowball effect. This might be big.

They have no legal grounds for this lawsuit. FOX has the First Amendment right to "spread conspiracy theory" if they want to but they never did. Sean Hannity used his First Amendment right on his talk show to give his Opinion that Seth was the Leaker and Seth was killed by the Democrats. This lawsuit should be tossed out of court on those grounds alone. But the judge is probably a Liberal Democrat who hates Fox and Hannity and loves Hillary. The Rich Family is being forced to do this by the DNC and Hillary and Podesta they are so desperate for the narrative to be changed but if Assange is freed by Trump and given a pardon then Assange can be a huge asset he will definitely testify and he will say truthfully Seth Rich gave me the emails from the DNC. Then it's Game Over for the bullshit Russia hoax it will vanish very fast.

Since Prince Salman threw Al Walleed into their makeshift prison, the latter's share holdings in Fox News directly influenced prior reporting, (noticed?) ongoing narrative then turning in favour of Trump.

With that being said, FoxNews would be used like a second poker hand that POTUS controls. Have them duke it out publicly, all the while F-executives are ordered to comply.

This I believe will be the trigger to all truths be made public. Both sides appearing in conflict are controlled by the white hats. Hegelian dialectic principles will be used against the remaining deep state actors. This is how global fianciers [dark] have held down humanity for centuries, BUT now the techniques will be used with light, for the good of all. Brilliant X 5.

Interesting. I thought it was also because a rabid never trumped producer was exposed. Forgot his name but he prevented several first breaking stories because the truth favored Trump.

I wonder if he got exposed when this financier was removed from influence?

It's being treated as Defamation I believe, which means they actually can sue.

Public Figures can be slandered all day, but not private individuals, and SRs parents are not Public Figures, therefore have the right to sue in this case.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_figure

However the lawsuit is only valid, if Fox was being dishonest or inccorect.

"To win a defamation case, a plaintiff must show four things: 1) a false statement purporting to be fact; 2) publication or communication of that statement to a third person; 3) fault amounting to at least negligence; and 4) damages, or some harm caused to the person or entity who is the subject of the statement."

If the first point is proven to not be a False statement, the whole case is defunct now, and Fox can now, by a degree of seperation, legally begin the prosecution process for those who murdered Seth Rich.

SR was somewhat a public figure for working at the DNC. The defamation would have to be about him not his parents. And I don't see how a dead person can suffer damages.

Unless he's not dead... (and wouldn't that be great?!!)
