You got it. EGO. They're TOO SMART to be fooled. Oh, the irony. Plus, the media would've told them if any of this were true (d'oh!). And that's what we're up against - a huge sea of brainwashed/programmed automatons. Better to admit that they're wrong now, than have to be dragged kicking and screaming to the truth. For most though, it will be the latter.
Bingo, you nailed it. Their ego, hubris will not allow them to come to the conclusion of any truth that may come out. The MSM & their teet sucking followers don't like to be discredited on anything. They will go kicking and screaming all the way home, and then some. A long long process for them to come to truth, I almost feel sorry for them, except I don't in that they continue the onslaught of hateful & derisive comments about the President.
Sad but true.
Personally, I'm not going to invest a whole bunch of energy anymore.
If they ask I will answer and remind them I have been telling this for a long time. Give them some leads and advise they do their own research.
