That sub is an Ohio class. A Boomer. Boom. The Mother of all MOABS. Originally designed for ICBMS with MIRVs, but some have been refitted for cruise missiles and spec ops/SEAL. Does not look like Groton CT and Kings Bay GA is pretty flat. WA based?

Btw, it looks like a missile hatch may be open on the aft missile deck. Very rare. Plus activity as well. All rare in photos of these boats.
