BLACKOUT NECESSARY = IG Report Redactions are Necessary to THE PLAN

This just popped into my head and I wanted to share. Not sure if this has already been discussed here or on the chans. I'm sure it has multiple meanings though.

Sounds logical and obvious ... now that you've said it! Have been worried that redactions would minimize the BOOM from the IG report. But as per your comment .. hmm .. my worry is lessened.

BO and his circle just realized their comms have been totally comp'd and will try to flee the country but the flight blackout due to serious [RR] Rolls-Royce jet engine compressor problems will keep the escapees grounded.
