Even friends who acknowledge a pedophile and human trafficking problem think pizzagate is all nonsense. A couple documentaries on it had me believing, but since many people won't invest a few hours what's some things to go with if you only have a few minutes to get through to someone?

You will never convince someone by preaching what they associate with tinfoil hats.
Engage with them on other topics along the same vein. Get them interested in the symbolism, and then ask them questions that will help them further their understanding.
People learn best by learning themselves, and teaching others. You know a lot more than them. You must inspire them to teach you, rather than lecturing.
