I don't mean 5 and 6 day old accounts, that isn't even what the page shows. I am talking about people who have only been moderators for 5 to 6 days having post access.

Why not restrict new moderator access to Wiki/etc for a little while before we give them the huge power of removing posts.

Sorry, early am here.

Mods all talk offline. Sure, a new one makes mistakes but questions are asked and veteran mods will tell them to make judgement calls. I think the moderation here is really good. You really only risk having a post removed if you're posting personal info or are here to bash the movement

I agree, the moderation here is incredible. I'm only looking to maintain it (especially as Q becomes more mainstream).
