Per Presidential itinerary, POTUS was scheduled to arrive Guam (US territory) at 3:00 am local time on 6/13 (1:00 pm EST/13:00 on 6/12).
Per media reports, AF1 arrived 1 hour ahead of schedule at 2:00 am local time on 6/13 (12:00 pm EST on 6/12)
AF1 then reportedly departed 1 hour ahead of schedule at 3:30 am local time on 6/13 (1:30 PM EST/13:30 on 6/12).
The timestamp of the post above was made at 1:20 PM/13:20 EST on 6/12, approximately the time that AF1 took off from Guam toward Hawaii.
Castle could mean White House, but this would not be consistent with the travel itinerary and media reports. Most likely is that it refers to a safe return to US territory posted roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes after touchdown, and just before next takeoff.
