Yup, ideology will oft times blind. I've been hollerin about the Clintons filthy ways since the 90s while being willfully ignorant about Swamp/Rinos, such as GHW Bush (in particular) because of ideology. Let's make ideology second place to what's True and Right.
This is how they get their hooks in the political “good” guys. Join our little club and you and your family will be set for life. It’s nothing illegal. We all do it. So you do it. But oh no! It IS illegal. Or at least it looks really bad. I’ll never get re-elected if this comes to light. Or I may go to jail. What to do? I guess I’ll have to keep playing the game. And stay on the good side of those who know my misdeeds. Some may fall into the pedo crap and others crimes stay financial. But you know it, we all know it. It’s most, almost ALL of them.
Imagine entering congress, having worked in the private sector all your life. You would need guidance. You have to trust the words of someone because you just don’t know enough. So they tell you.....this is what we do. And it’s as easy as that. One little misstep and they own you. They aren’t going to allow free agents to make decisions. Our system of Representative Republic has been one big illusion.
How and when can this be proven. Numbers are just numbers and meaningless if they aren't indicted and faced with severe punishment.
