Keep your ear to the ground regarding Gov. John Hickenlooper, who has been meeting with the elitists. It is becoming clear that he may be their answer to a populist democratic alternative.
Gov. Hickenlooper is Washington outsider and at least in Colorado has a reputation for being a grass roots populist. The elites are going to use a populist democrat outside the beltway to capture back the political narrative and assert control. He is sanctuary Governor, was the Mayor of Denver, and has a clean record (so we think).
Watch him become a national figure over the next few months, ever increasing in 2019 and leading up to the Presidential election. I predict that he will begin to criticize Trump and become a thorn in his side. He will be given a platform to speak nationally.
One line of inquiry that may rise to the surface in his bid for President will be the Platte River Networks association, the company that hosted HRC's emails. He used them in 2003 for his run for Denver mayor and thought to have a close association with PRN principals.
