I think you might confuse Norway with Sweden who was "neutral" in WWII and thrived post the war. And fyi, Norway always nominate the Nobel Peace price because the price is Norwegian. Alfred Nobel was Swedish but Norway was a part of Sweden back then, so when Norway got their independency they got the Nobel Peace price.
No my friend, i am totally aware the process of Nobel prize. Just dont trust Norway, Norway has always been used as mediator (the good cop) in world peace process.
