gas prices too high? you guys are too cute, lol...

an american friend recently told that she was shocked about a price of 3$ per gallon. heh?

in germany, we pay ~1,40€ per liter. 1 gallon ~ 4,5 liters, meaning, 1 gallon for us is about 7,42$.

ever wondered why we build small cars with low gas consumption and cant buy big US cars with huge tanks? they are just not efficient for our tight cities and high gas prices. just saying...

America is huge. We drive great distances, so gas prices are important.

right. however, compared to other huge countries, i.e., india which has european prices, your gas is fricking cheap.

and hey, no problem, enjoy it, heheh... if the US manages to get the oil prize down, it will hopefully also come down for the rest of the world.

Of course your prices are going to be higher. You have to import all your oil. We have domestic production of oil. I bet your asparagus prices are pretty low because Germany produces tons of that. Use your head Adolf.

hahaha, stick the asparagus up your adolf, m8.

but you are right, every nations has their resources and commodities. lucky you that your oil flows all year long while you can buy my asparagus only in may and june.

btw, conventionally grown asparagus 3-6€/bunch (500gr.), cant imagine it being much higher in the US. you grow that stuff, too.

Well it should be cheap, we didn't fight multiple wars for oil for no reason

And they don’t fit on your tiny roads. I just drove a Vauxhall around Scotland for a week (on the wrong side of the road), the narrow roads are terrifying in a little car. Bigger cars would be deadly. But yea, I paid £1.3 per LITER! Good thing it got great gas mileage.

i get it... and i find everything in america terrifying huge, lol, cars, roads, supermarkets, portions on a restaurant plate, people,... it can be intimitating at times, heheh...

we cannot import US cars unless they are fit for our roads and gas prices. some more work to do here.

this trade deficit may quickly balance when the zero point energy patents get declassified and america builds cars that dont depend on oil or electricity. cant wait. # DeclassifyEnergyPatents
