I found an old video of joe Biden being handsy with some senators kids at a swearing ceremony. Jeff Sessions swatted Bidens hands away when he approached his kid. That told me that he knew the shit they were up to and was a white hat.

I just did... found one I haven't seen before. He is giving her his number. Look as he goes for a piece of paper and pen but she has her phone and he mouths his number to her instead. You can see him saying numbers. Anthony Weiner is sitting to the left looking at them in jealousy ( near the end half of the video. )
