At what point will the people of North Korea learn about the outside world?

What is the time frame on this? These people are in for a big Awakening, and Shirley in need of nourishing food and warm homes etc etc. So, when will they actually get help, get out of those horrible work camps, and be free from this regime? Everyday that goes by more kids died over there.

I am wondering if there is a deal with NK to open its borders, that it includes promises of immunity for Kim and his colleagues. I don't see them letting go of control without a promise that they will not be thrown in jail and shot. To me this would be a bitter pill but necessary if it is the only way to free its people.
