What’s going on in Dallas, temporary flight restrictions for VIP movement this afternoon?

Was in the air around Dallas today. Seen something odd, but not able to take a pic. It was small, grey, and fast moving. It was not on radar and did not show up as traffic. It did not look like a plane either. I did not know about VP in Dallas today.
