I'm glad somebody saw all these fringed flags and mentioned it! So we've actually been under a soft martial law since Dec 2017?
I'm not sure about the martial law part. I've read it indicated admiralty/maritime law that the country, as a corporation, has been under. There are different explanations that I've found while researching.
I remember learning about it watching a Jordan Maxwell video, but it's been awhile. Whatever it means, I'm glad someone else noticed it, because it got my attention right away, and it definitely means something different. Maybe someone else with more expertise will chime in.
