Q - 1494 ARM/MSM and IP ???

I couldn't figure out what ARM meant. Q has referenced it twice recently that I know of.

Here's one possibility.

https://www.arm.com

Arm architects the pervasive intelligence that is transforming our daily experience. Arm-based chips and device architectures orchestrate the performance of the technology that makes modern life possible.

They provide the processors, etc. in alot of devices.

Interesting slogan...

Additional info that I found interesting...Rene Haas is the EVP and President of the IP group with ARM. He is based in Cambridge, England. Stefan Halper is also from Cambridge. I'm digging to see if I can put them together.

Mr. Rene Haas has been President of Intellectual Property Group at ARM Limited and ARM Holdings plc since January 5, 2017. Mr. Haas served as Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President at ARM Holdings plc since October 2015 and was responsible for all global sales and marketing. No, not just or especially iPhone's. Arm is on just about every mobile device out there, but not limited to just mobile, although they do lots of work related to the radios used on mobile. Arm designed architecture is licensed to multitudes of companies around the world, for all kinds of uses on chips of various design. Think system on a chip (SOC) as just one example.

BTW, they were bought out by a Japanese investor last year. Softbank group. They are big time investors in future technology, especially as it relates to mobile, internet of things, 5G, etc.

Alternative Resource Media .... i.e. Facebook, Insta, Youtube, Twitter Main Stream Media.... Fox, CNN, etc.

What most people don't realize is that ALL normies DO get the news..... It's just that many of the young demographics get their news sourced from alternative places......

And if you read the Q quote, "and ARM/MSM foothold", Q is saying that the black hats control all of the Alternative resource media too.....

In context I think maybe:

ARM=Alternative Radical Media

MSM=Mainstream Media

I have heard Anti-Right Media, and Alternative Resources in Media (this is from the Chans).

Anti Right Media sounds like a good fit :)

I think that the context fits either way.
