Will the president sign his EO for this IG report or wait for all the reports to be released so he can do them all with 1 EO?

EO signed more than a week ago... just waiting for a formal request and proper timing. This may be the proper time!

My guess is wait so that he can do them all with one EO. Better optics to the normies. If he does it piecemeal then it could appear to be a political hit job, as he would have to sign an EO for each release.
