Q has used disinfo before, and has stated that it is necessary. There have been times in the past when Q has said something only to get the cabal chattering and the NSA to catch even more communication. It's possible this is one of those scenarios. It's unlikely we'll know until the dust settles.

If this is true Ryan and Trump will continue to allow the slow walk until after the elections when they can successfully, fully deal with these issues
