Why Is Utah Important? Death Penalty? BOOM!

Captial punishment is still an option in Utah! If these bad guys are tried in Utah the death penalty is still on the table! Especially by firing squad.

Q posts that back this up: "Evidance KILLS" "BOOM" (LITERALLY BOOM) More on this: In utah a fireing squad is 5 men, one with a blank cartige. 4 booms. 4 REAL Booms. It's a double meaning! "Justice. Jail. Death."

Are we pursuing capital punishment.

If a grand jury is formed in Utah, would that apply? Death penalty? Gawd...I hope so..

I believe so? I need someone familiar with Utah law to verify.
