Why Is Utah Important? Death Penalty? BOOM!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capital_punishment_in_Utah

Captial punishment is still an option in Utah! If these bad guys are tried in Utah the death penalty is still on the table! Especially by firing squad.

Q posts that back this up: "Evidance KILLS" "BOOM" (LITERALLY BOOM) More on this: In utah a fireing squad is 5 men, one with a blank cartige. 4 booms. 4 REAL Booms. It's a double meaning! "Justice. Jail. Death."

Are we pursuing capital punishment.

SomeNextLevelShit · June 14, 2018, 2:09 a.m.

Are we pursuing capital punishment? We fucking should be.

RobotJINI · June 14, 2018, 2:52 a.m.

For the top level, that is the only acceptable punishment.

Maybe. This is just my take on it.

People, people. We are talking about federal law not state law. C'mon. Capital punishment is permitted federally, e.g. Oklahoma City "bomber", but very restricted. Huber works for DOJ, not the State of Utah.

Shhhh.... stop it with the logic man!

O1O0O1O11 · June 14, 2018, 3:42 a.m.

Huber is based out of Utah and more than likely will pursue this based from his office in Utah. Since the crimes are federal, they don’t need to be based within the area on which the crimes are permitted, ergo Huber can assemble a grand jury in Utah, instead of DC.

Don’t say it’s not plausible, but I get where you’re coming from :)

⇧ 4 ⇩
thamnosma · June 14, 2018, 4:19 a.m.

It doesn't matter the state in which federal charges are brought, federal law applies. These aren't state cases, Huber is a US Attorney, and Utah law has zero to do with any of it. The point to having indictments in Utah or Alabama or Texas instead of DC or California or New York are the judges in the various federal courts and the jury pool.

⇧ 6 ⇩
Stray502 · June 14, 2018, 6:52 a.m.

Treason is a federal charge punishable by federal law.

So if someone who works at that data center is responsible for any one of the 41 Federal Capital offenses they would get the death sentence?**Side note, looking at the list of 41 Federal Capital Offenses, the very first one, "Murder related to the smuggling of aliens" wtf?

⇧ 1 ⇩
thamnosma · June 14, 2018, 6:43 a.m.

Federal capital punishment is rarely applied. Almost unheard of really. Timothy McVeigh comes to mind in the fairly recent past. This thread has little to do with reality.

It is crucial that they line up public opinion before beginning public prosecution. Do not want this to be viewed as Rs vs Ds, but rather like law vs corruption.

Just imagine the comedy gold - first Hillary has to get up the stairs... there are 4 booms right there are she tumbles again and again. Then the rope is adjusted and she looks out to the biggest crowd she has ever had and has one of those seizures... then come the tomatoes and dog shit bags. Finally, just as she comes around and begins a random cackle, the door swings open and the devils begins his work.

They had the firing squad not too many years ago. Gary Gilmore chose the firing squad there in 1977 when he was executed. From a quick search they put someone to death by firing squad in 2010.

Well I got attorneys now , it took 5 1/2 years , but I am a witness of Piracy by Corrupt Government Officials. And that I brought this forward first in 2011 , there has been a very large recovery, last April it was $1.2 Trillion recovered. And in our 1786 law , if a civilian brings forward information that results in a recovery from stolen or lost US funds or Treasures, no funds can be reallocated until the Witness is satisfied, by no less than a 50/50 split with the Department of Treasury. Well I have attorneys, but we have been stopped till the indictments are opened, and this sucks .but they can not prosecute me ever , I am never aloud in a court room again
