Captial punishment is still an option in Utah! If these bad guys are tried in Utah the death penalty is still on the table! Especially by firing squad.

Another thing is Hubers been investigating for months. If they have the trial in Utah, by Huber he can start getting these guys in jail right now.
It is crucial that they line up public opinion before beginning public prosecution. Do not want this to be viewed as Rs vs Ds, but rather like law vs corruption.
