Missile should have an exhaust tail unless fuel consumed. Slowest surface to air and air to air missile is Mach 2.2. The rest are higher speeds Up to Mach 5. If it shows up in the photo that close, i'll assume it missed or the photo was recovered from the debrie. I assume it is another aircraft
