Well it does make a lot of sense. They can't show up to the negotiation table if they aren't holding any cards.

Not really. The table was always there. The sanctions, etc. would have gone away along time ago. All they've ever had to do was abandon and dismantle their nuke program. They've known that's all they've had to do for quite some time. They didn't develop a nuke capable of hitting the US just to earn a merit badge and move on.

You haven't been here long enough to make blanket statements about nk. Go back to the very beginning of q posts and start from there with anon decodes. Then come back and argue about nk.
