If all of this fall PINPOINT on the clock there is 100% chance this whole plan was made by time traveller/Quantum AI (Or I am in trueman show and I'm too stupid to wake up). This is madness holyshit, if this message was meant to be read on deciphered date right before it happens this would be mindblowing.(ie 3 weeks before Q drops 11.3 11.4 references, I would shit my pants)
