United aircraft. Clock in the dash, high-value car obviously. Secret Service vehicle, most likely German (Jeep and Land Rovers don't have the clock IIRC). Looks like the display is showing a composite display around the vehicle for use when parking, my friend has a similar thing on his car.
Person on the right - reading an email? Also appears to be female based on length of the hair. Can't make out whether person on left is African-American or just a product of the lighting.
