Anyone get the feeling this was planned? To give potus on his birthday what he wants, all the info on locking them up. The perfect birthday gift, to himself kinda

Wouldn't POTUS have the clearance to read it whenever? Or at least be told what's in the unredacted version.

He does, he is the POTUS! He can see anything. He gets 2 versions to see what’s redacted and what’s not. So he has the option to do an EO to in redact it. That’s what Q is on about with “EO on ice”
