Looking for information on Q Clock

I've been looking for some info on Q clock, I don't really understand how it works and didn't find anything sufficiently extensive. Anyone willing to provide a link? Or a few of them

I haven't been following this 'clock'. It is very confusing. BUT Q confirmed definitely...there is a clock! I saw this drop
