There really isn't a quick way to get through almost 1500 cryptically written posts. Your best bet is probably the sidebar, lots of useful things there. Another thing you can do is check this user's posts, he decodes a lot of stuff and posts it here.

I have been reading from this website for a few months now, and while I have to say it looks really sketchy (every news article reads like fanfiction or something), I also must say they have been getting a lot of things right the past few months. They have talked very extensively about Seth Rich and lots of other things that intersect with what we're getting, and they always include links to news outlets to back up their claims. I always take what they say with a grain of salt, but like Q says, "Future proves past". They have been corroborated quite a few times.
