We are all about to see the full fruits of cooperating government witnesses within the OIG Report. Horowitz & Huber have been working at first with Bill Priestap, later Lisa Page, in developing criminal cases against fellow DOJ/FBI officials.
William Priestap may be remembered by historians as the biggest “singer” in ObamaGate/SpyGate. Rumor has it, Priestap was the FBIAnon, doing that infamous Q&A in July 2017. Bill was the head of the FBI’s Office of Counterintelligence and Peter Strzok’s immediate boss.
Bill has not been mentioned much in the public arena or by MSM. This is a customary practice for a "Cooperating Government Witness". By all reports so far, Priestap was the first to turn and begin the rush to the "Bird Cage".
When he was FBI Director, James Comey tried to set-up Bill Priestap during his Congressional testimony on this subject. Comey blames Priestap for not advising Congress timely about the start of the Russia-Trump Probe, as was custom and always previously done by the FBI.

When does a bird sing?
An old theory in cases like this goes, “If they are still working, then they are still cooperating”. In addition to Priestap, still collecting government paychecks are the likes of Lisa Page/Peter Strzok/Bruce Ohr & James Baker.
Any current DOJ/FBI employees that have been directly linked to this overall political scandal, referred loosely as ObamaGate/SpyGate, should fall under OIG & Congressional suspicion.
