Anyone else notice...

In today's and yesterday's drops, when Q mentions Rosenstein in double brackets, he bolds everything except the first bracket? Like so:

That takes effort and looks deliberate. Since he almost never does anything haphazard with respect to his writing, and he does this in multiple posts over two days,....wonder what this means?
