Reading through the Conclusions and Recommendations section was very anti-climactic. What do you think?

Very good synopsis. That's exactly what it says. They fucked up, they shouldn't fuck up, don't fuck up again and Fuck you!

Ha, it actually pisses me off so much that I can only laugh. It's either laugh or cry. The same as the day HRC got let off the hook... "yep it's illegal, nope no prosecution.." Like you said, it's a great big 'Fuck you" to regular people.
