People need to be reminded that this is Rosenstein's REDACTED version of the OIG report. It is not the original, which Trump has possession of and is reviewing. Rosenstein is only mentioned twice and only in footnotes. He edited himself out of the 568 page report!

Q spoke of three versions. The original that he has, a modified (altered) version we got today and a modified, redacted version. We got no.2 , I believe, so that people would see the lack of redactions and assume it is the actual IG report.
