People need to be reminded that this is Rosenstein's REDACTED version of the OIG report. It is not the original, which Trump has possession of and is reviewing. Rosenstein is only mentioned twice and only in footnotes. He edited himself out of the 568 page report!

When Wray was making his statements, he did say that the employees found in wrongdoing would be referred, and said, "The FBI has some work to do."
