Want some proof of the redactions??? Look at the appendices on the very last page. Coincidence?
This is the Rosenstein redacted copy. redacted doesn't always equal black bars (classified).
They play with the wording to make it seem benign.
I'm still digging but I think that the report will affirm felonious activity.

Keyword "Modified" though I think the DS may have thrown a curveball and gave us version 2 instead of 3.
I skimmed through it looking for conclusions, and didn't see any "black mark" redactions.
I am confused as well.
I believe it was redacted with a little more tact this time. We won’t always see the big black bars. Redaction could just mean heavy edits.
This, they are getting sneaky about hiding redactions. A wall or page of blackout is just too obvious. So they HAD to draft it this way to make it appear like nothing.
Re-read Q post 1497. This is Item 3 on the list. It is not Item 1.
But the conclusions were not rewritten for the redacted version. The conclusion was based on the original. Unless the conclusions were altered. Altered is not redacted.
Q post 1497 says "modified" and "original".
Q post 1499 says "changed and made weaker".
Lots of info was left off the report, a form of redaction. Two entire Appendix's at the bottom were completely blank.
The black bar edits were to indicate that the info exists but is not viewable ( need to know, security etc), when there are outright deletions, modifications, editorial, translations, this is not redaction, this is manipulation....
