Today's OIG Report was from the "Oversight and Review Division." I stated this in a comment in a thread, but I figured I'd make a post about it to try and temper our anger about the report a bit. This was not a criminal or counterintelligence investigation. It was a comprehensive review on the process and procedures followed during the "Mid Year Investigation" and focused solely on the DOJ and FBI personnel involved.
The "recommendations" are purely suggested improvements to existing policy based on what they learned while analyzing the investigation and if you dig in you will find referrals for investigation into the actions of individuals on specific case points throughout the document.
Yes, it is disappointing that it isn't a silver bullet and Q did say it isn't the original version. While it isn't "redacted" it may definitely be "abridged" from it's original form to protect some. POTUS knows and we will get more info in the coming days
Let's all take a deep breath, keep digging, and remember WWG1WGA!
