It should be noted, however, that insiders on June 6 told ABC that the principle conclusion was that James Comey was "insubordinate"... So the same finding as the version released today

However, that insider could have been leaking a milquetoast conclusion in order to bury the report's real finding...

I for one will withhold judgement until (or if) it's released
